I provide a 30 minute consultation for us to meet, find out more about you and talk about your presenting issues and see how we can work together. This is a no obligation consultation which I offer free of charge.
Individual Therapy
I offer counselling support for individuals experiencing substance abuse and or other mental health issues in a safe and secure environment.
£40 / 1 hour

Family and Friends
I offer specialised addiction support and understanding environment for partners, family members and friends affected by addiction.
Fee to be agreed at consultation

Couples Therapy
I provide a safe space for couples experiencing difficulty in their relationship due to substance misuse or other life difficulties.
£60 / 1 hour

Clinical Supervision
I offer counsellors a reflective space to develop themselves to work more effectively and efficiently with their clients.
£35 / 1 hour
**If you're unable to attend your therapy session, please advise 24hours before the scheduled time either by email or telephone. Therapy fees can be paid by card, bank transfer or cash. I offer a sliding scale which can be discussed at your consultation.

**Addiction Therapy
I do not believe you must be sober or clear off drugs as a condition for therapy, however I ask you not to take alcohol or drugs twenty-four hours before your appointment should you turn up under the influence the session will be cancelled, and therapy will be evaluated.
